Model Group Opens Newly Renovated Madison Villa Apartments

ATA-B would like to congratulate Episcopal Retirement Services (ERS) and Model Group on the opening of the newly renovated Madison Villa Apartments, an affordable 93 unit senior living community in Madisonville.  ATA-B spearheaded the complex renovation design process, which included modernization of apartments and community spaces and an elevator addition to provide accessibility to the sprawling building’s staggered levels.  Other renovations included the development of a large community room, exercise room, offices, outdoor gathering space and a new covered bridge connector shown here.
