Recent ribbon cutting event for ABCAP Senior Living

Renovations to three existing residential properties owned and managed by ABCAP (Adams Brown Community Action Partnership)., a non-profit social service agency dedicated to increasing self-sufficiency of individuals and families in Adams & Brown Counties. Collaborating with ABCAP and The Model Group, ATA/Beilharz Architects work included exterior site and building improvements; new interior finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC, lighting, and accessibility alterations. The project is pursing Enterprise Green Communities Certification, so sustainability was a top priority.
