Featured Project: Stonegate Apartments
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Client: Mayerson Company
Project Highlights: Stonegate is a 150-unit expansion of an earlier complex developed in 1972, and includes 14 separate buildings with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, and a clubhouse. Currently under development is phase three of the project to include patio homes, town homes, additional apartments as well as an upgraded entrance featuring a new water feature.

Location: Middletown, Ohio
Client: Volunteers of America
Project Highlights: The Woodlands on Lafayette is a new 50-unit affordable Senior Living Community in Middletown, Ohio. ATA Beilharz worked with VOA to create an environment that is sensitive to the needs of elderly tenants, including both one and two bedroom apartments designed to comply with both the Fair Housing Act and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. Construction is to be completed by November 2004.

Featured Project: Senior Towers
Location: Findlay, Ohio
Client: GH Capital
Project Highlights: Major Renovation of an eight-story, 146-unit affordable senior apartment building. Renovation includes complete apartment upgrade with new kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, appliances and common area improvements. Air conditioning was added to the 100,000 square foot facility as well as ventilation and elevator upgrades, and the addition of new entries.

Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey
Client: Colbrook Development Corporation
Project Highlights: The 9-story Carteret Hotel, built in the 1920's has long been a landmark of downtown Elizabeth, New Jersey. ATA Beilharz Architects was asked to help determine the feasibility of converting the historic structure into assisted living units. The completed project consists of 99 assisted living units and includes community and dining spaces, adult day care, physical therapy, staff and administrative spaces.
